What is Lost+FND?


LOST+FND is a UK-based streetwear brand built around the idea that being lost is part of the process, and being found is not the end. Our pieces are designed to reflect growth, movement, and the in-between moments of self-discovery.

 

Where are you based?


We’re based in the UK and ship primarily within the UK, with international shipping available on selected items.

 

How are your products made?


All Lost+FND items are made to order using print-on-demand. This means your item is produced especially for you once an order is placed, helping to reduce waste and overproduction.

 

How long does delivery take?


Delivery times include both production and shipping:

•    UK: 3–7 working days
•    International: 7–15 working days


Please note these are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.

 

How much is shipping?


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 

Can I return or exchange my order?


Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

This includes situations where:

•    The size doesn’t fit as expected
•    You change your mind after ordering


We strongly recommend checking the size guide carefully before purchasing.

 

What if my order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect?


If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Email us at support@lostfnd.co.uk with:

•    Your order number
•    A brief description of the issue
•    Clear photos showing the problem


If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 

Why is there no return for size or change of mind?


Our products are custom-made specifically for each order. Under UK consumer law, custom-made items are exempt from standard 14-day “change of mind” returns.

This helps us reduce waste and produce only what’s needed.

 

How do I choose the right size?


Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up.

 

Do you donate to mental health charities?


As Lost+FND grows, a portion of our profits will be donated to organisations supporting mental health initiatives in the UK. Updates on partnerships and donations will be shared as the brand develops.

 

Will sold-out items be restocked?


Some items may return, while others are released in limited quantities. Follow us on social media or sign up to our mailing list for updates on restocks and new drops.
